Booking details: name, preferred name, mobile number, email address, vehicle make/model/year, service or product selections, and any notes you provide.

Payment information: processed via our third-party payment processor (PayMongo) — we do not store your card or e-wallet details ourselves.

Messenger conversations: if you message us on Facebook, we process your message content to generate a reply (via an AI assistant) and store limited conversation context temporarily to keep the conversation coherent.

Feedback: if you submit a review after a completed service, we store your rating and comments, verified against your booking code and email.

Website usage: anonymized, aggregate visit counts — we do not track individual visitors by name or build user profiles from browsing behavior.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — encrypted connections (HTTPS), access-controlled admin systems, and role-based staff access — to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No online system is 100% secure, and we continuously review our practices.

Your booking and contact information is retained for as long as needed to provide our services and comply with legal/tax obligations. Messenger conversation context is temporary and automatically cleared after a short period of inactivity. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to records we're legally required to keep.
